Built the practice infrastructure from scratch to include the portfolio of service offerings, a pipeline management system, skills and training databases, and a project metrics and management system.

Principal Consultant, Chicago, IL 1996 – 1999, responsible for ERP systems delivery, particularly in the areas of supply chain, manufacturing and distribution, for customers including Textron Inc., Eaton Corporation (The Netherlands), General Electric (Mexico) and Lucky Goldstar (Korea). For each client, served as architect and project leader, creating multi-plant, multi-country solutions integrating different systems, manufacturing principles (lean, MRP) and quality programs (Six-Sigma, TQM).
